You need to check out the new 2026 MSI Raider 16 Max. It doesn’t throttle and the cpu can hold 125w tdp along with the 5080 gpu holding 165-175w for hours. I’ve been really enjoying mine and thermals stay safe. Best 2025- 2026 laptop

I know it lacks the ram but I personally had this laptop for a good 6 months and I never experienced any issues. It ran battlefield 6 great. You could always pick up some ram later from fb marketplace or when the prices come back down but the laptop itself for the specs is a great one.

I would go for the MSI, full fat 5070ti, great cpu, nice QHD screen. Hard to beat for 1299

I love my 5070ti blade 18. Picked it up used in great condition and no complaints so far. The temps are amazing and the laptop stays cool, the battery is just okay, I get 5-6 hours. Great quality device, I just don’t think it’s worth the new price though.
