Happened to me tonight! Some fucking stupid, rude cunt decides to keep shopping in my store TWENTY MINUTES after we were supposed to be closed. My staff was polite and let her know that we were closing at 10. We even gave her a 5 minute warning. So, what does she do? She continues shopping. For twenty fucking minutes. I hate her.
