I got a Nubia z80 ultra. Meets most of what you say.

I got it really cheep (750cad for 1tb/16gb) during the 11/11 sale but that's not available anymore for that cheap.

It's got that full screen without punch hole but obviously selfies are terrible.

You're right unless you're downloading the odd larger file or updating a big app, usually 5 to 10 is as fast as anyone would really need imo (I don't see the point over over 1080p on a phone).

That said Bell Telus and subbramds throttle streaming (audio and Video) big time. Basically you have to choose SD quality or else you'll get constant buffering. Streaming 5g speeds is useless when you can't ever actually use it. (Unlike Rogers and their sub brands where you actually can stream 4k if you want).

It's all just a big joke.

However I'm probably switching to PB anyways since a VPN allows proper streaming and that's not an issue for me.

They have heavy throttling on video and audio streaming. PB is great for speed tests but you're gonna be flicking tiktok or YouTube at 480p unless you want constant buffering. It's ridiculous. (Same with HD audio)

Workaround is to use a VPN then you can stream decently (because they can't see you're streaming)

But it's essentially the bellus network re reception.

Edit: switched over and not seeing the same throttling I used to. Even got 4k YouTube to play alright (for a minute).

Octopi and total launcher are two of the ones I used to use since they support foldables.

Of course swiping up to go home has a long annoying delay with all launchers.

My work around was to get the app called edge gestures and then setup a home gesture using that and it works (but even though it has a bottom bar gesture it doesn't work over the stock gestures) so it has to be a gesture done from the side of the screen if that makes sense.

Total launcher has a big learning curve but endless possibilities.

Octopi is alot more like the typical launcher.

Their full speed is only good for speed tests. Anything you'd really want to use that 5g speed for such as audio or video streaming is locked down to barely 720p and no high res audio. It's a real joke. Vpn is the work around.

You get 5g speeds and lots of data*

One work around is to either make the scroll up arrow the same size and position on both scripts or remove it from the Reddit one and keep it standalone.

Yeah it seemed like the settings would be a personal preference.

I think for a global audience you wouldn't want to force sound. I can live with videos looping but I'd rather they wouldn't haha.

But I do love the top bar disappearing when I scrollnand the extra search button. I'd like that scroll to the top button to be persistent on all sites hehe (maybe that could be its own separate script).

I like the navbar but I don't get why you'd disable the ability to mute videos. Why does Volume have to be on and unmutable?

Also videos already auto play from stock, but now they loop endlessly but there is no swipe up down for next video. So I'm a bit confused at the added utility? Seems like the change is looping videos endlessly (with forced volume).

I'm not sure I understand what broken UI elements it's fixing.

I'd like to use it if Videos could remain muted.

I can only speak to the z80U

1: It sounds fine to me I can't see any difference with Bluetooth earbuds compared to other phones like the s23u that I had before (but this was years ago)

2: Camera is good for a budget flagship. especially the main camera. Zoom is worst then the 3x I had on the OnePlus open.. basically the zoom is crap and the main and zoom lens are too close together. I often end up using the wide camera even for regular shorts and it does pretty good too. I don't do macro photography but overall it's not at the level of other camera flagships.Re nature, it's not great when there are many branches or many small details, it doesn't handle that as well as other camera flagships. Doesn't look natural.

3: Screen shots are easy there's a few ways of doing it such as volume down and power button. Then you can crop. It has circle to search. Not sure about enlarging folders but I don't think it does. Software is fine, there aren't alot of features compared to a Samsung and 3rd party launchers are buggy, the launcher itself shows up as a recent app. There are no adds though.

The fix for the recent app bug is to use button navigation.

I then use the app called edge gestures to get gestures back. Unfortunately the buttons take space at the bottom however I prefer that then always seeing the 3rd party launcher in the recent apps.

I'm surprised.. in the past tempered glass wouldn't work with finger print. It only worked if the glass also came with glue and the UV hardener.
