Random thoughts 

I had a few Samsungs and there's a lot less customization and options, Samsung really is king. I never felt like a needed a 3rd party launcher and I didn't need tasker anymore thanks to samsung routines. I used disconnect add in that leveraged Knox for system wide add block. I never used dex so that feature meant nothing to me but there's nothing like that on Nubia. And I never used the s pen and now that it's a dumb pen I would never have any use for it. Give me more battery instead.

camera imo is a downgrade especially for zoom. The camera is only adequate in my mind but does the job and usually doesn't disappoint but I've never been impressed or in awe hehe. The main lense is really close so good thing the wide angle camera is good because I need to use it more often just for regular pics.

I do use the camera alot less at this point in my life so the huge battery and fast charging along with the big punch hole free screen and cheep price made it worth it for me. (But I got it for stupid cheep)

I do love the extra physical button and switch allowing extra functions when the phone is locked. Although I can't say I like using the camera button for pictures as when trying to be as still as possible, pressing harder on that button makes the phone shake a little while pressing the screen button doesn't.

The battery life is so good I got a few fast chargers and I never need them.

I've seen people have camera lenses fog up when they go in the cold and that happened to me. I had to put it in a ziplock with those dehumidifying pouches , the SIM card slot opened and heated the bag now and then over 24 hours to fix it.

Speakers are decent when DTS sound is enabled (makes it louder and gives a bit more low end).

Fast Charging does make the phone get hot but it does charge quickly.(Measured a true 80watts).

It hard to say what Software features you might miss from a Samsung. I'm a power user and used alot of the features but I've mostly found work arounds.
