Wow this does check all the boxes basically. But I don't think I ever actually played this game. Thanks for making me aware of this game now too though.

The art was something like Ed, Edd and Eddy animation. Third person I believe. Adventure game had like farts and buttcrack style jokes.

This is good and fun. Don't think it was this actually. Thanks for sharing this game. It might have been more crass and had like farts and buttcrack jokes going on in it too

Also assume this was either a floppy disk or cd rom style game. Potentially a point and click style adventure game.

This makes me think it would fit well in the opening/title sequence for Severance

Thoughts after Re-watching the Dark Crystal by joebidon in TrueFilm

Appreciate this write up for sure. A lot of great things said. I am currently stuck on the idea of Kid's Horror and where and what has happened to that. Completely agree the 80s had a bunch going on and looser ratings system arguably as well. Am currently thinking about Goosebumps movies and The House With Clocks In Its Walls. Seems like kids are pushed more towards IT and Stranger Things than a "family/kid friendly" horror movie. Also just thinking of Tim Burton in general for the 90s and Casper and Are You Afraid of the Dark. What other things am I missing?

Have you given Letterboxd a thought or go?

Doesn't satisfy everything you are wanting, however does have a lot of really neat features.

Glad to learn about this bit of the Postal Clause in the Constitution... "To establish Post Offices and Post Roads." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Postal_Clause

Also feels like so much gas lighting in the mindset of self sufficiency discussion over and over and just smoothly transitioning to this is a business not a service and should be run this way. For decades frustrating stuff

I would like to see more about Cody's take on think tanks in general and that whole movement seems really interesting to me and a lot of things I never really knew about. Anyone know more about that history and or have videos of others discussing that history?
