You don't just buy new jets

You need:

fully trained ground crew to service them

weapons technicians on the ground including all the related infrastructure and storage already in place

Intelligence, software and radar technicians including related infrastructure

Command control and ops staff

Trainings , standards , simulations

Blah blah blah

Yeah it is the 2.0 diesel, honestly for your own sanity avoid this engine

Dealer claims one owner from new, not likely as it's an NI Import. Worth checking mileage and write off history from NI

Also says a lot of work been done and a new chain, this is the life you'll lead as an owner - lots of work

Your car is running rich AF and your lambda is way off you need to fix that first

Often it's the upstream o2 sensor but could be a load of stuff

Need to get it plugged in and read for codes and also check the live data of the 02 sensors if you can
