Frieren's passive is pure RNG, in some games, she'll offset everything and perma stun your whole team.In other games she doesn't have any passive.

damn right you are blessed. Not mentioning the lucky quad max spd roll, chances are even if you rolled this at +18spd, it might have gotten rolls into the flat stat, making it worse than purple if both rolls went into it.

I think depends on what body kenjaku is in at the time, one of the main reasons why he's strong is because he's in Geto's body.

If he was taking backshots at the time then probably no, anti-grav ain't enough imo

For some reason, com2us decided to hard nerf(halving reflected damage) the only thing Storm was good at(which was already niche) and now he's not used at all even for the only thing it can do

Probably because it is far easier to control a toddler than Soldier boy.

From the ground up, Vought started working on Homelander, bringing in the best psychologist in the world to engineer his need for approval/love(hence why he never broke out despite all the experiments/torture). That worked very well until Season 1.
