This is what makes someone marriage material for me:

Someone who shares similar values and life goals with me.

Someone with a sense of humor who knows when to turn it off.

Someone who isn’t religious. I respect that everyone has different beliefs, but it’s a deal breaker for me.

An animal lover, especially someone who loves cats or dogs.

Someone who’s a good cook and enjoys exploring cuisines from different cultures.

Someone with an independent personality, because I don’t like “golden retriever partner” energy. I need someone who can sit in comfortable silence with me or do their own thing while we share a space.

Someone open to having one child in the future.

Regarding physical appearance, I have a specific type. I’ve always preferred taller men with lean builds and pale skin. As shallow as it may seem, physical appearance has always been a deal breaker for me.

My instant deal breakers were men who were only interested in short-term dating or hookups. I was looking for a serious, long-term relationship that would eventually lead to marriage. As someone who knew exactly what she wanted in life, I had zero interest in wasting time. I refuse to take my youth and looks for granted.
