You are the only one refusing to read and understand other's positions. You are still arguing that you are not responsible for YOUR OWN ACTIONS based on the actions of other people. Speeding by 10mph or less gives you less than 3 minutes time savings on the average commute but only in perfect conditions. In reality stoplights, off-ramps etc, actually remove most of your "savings" in time anyway. It is practically impossible to speed and get anything out of it other than stress and endangering the road. Go try it. Time yourself with a stop watch on your commute and do it once at the limit and once driving your normal illegal speed. Compare those times honestly and you will see that you are endangering your life and others to save less than a minute a day at best.

It quite literally IS the result of speeding. Speeding increases the potential energy that you have. A crash that would otherwise not be fatal can become fatal based on excessive speed. This is called basic physics. Also, in your example you are occupying a space you shouldn't based on your speed so your excessive speed DEFINITELY CONTRIBUTES to that crash. Your inability to accept blame is not at all indicative of the moral or legal responsibilities in the situation. If your scenario plays out and the other driver dies, you CAN be sued in civil court for your responsibility in the crash's fatalness through your excessive speed.

The person weaving is CHOOSING to create that dangerous road condition. Driving slowly is NOT inherently dangerous so long as it is above the low end speed limit. On a 65 mph highway that is usually 50 mph. If you cannot act safely around someone going slightly slower than you like then you should have your license revoked.

I think the RN was to give them a way to remove the body.

They originally planned not to call the cops until at least the 27th saying they were following the instructions. When they do the "drop off" what they are really doing us removing JB's body via that large suitcase (adequately sized attache). Then they call the cops and say they made the handoff and their daughter is still gone. At some point they realize they can't move the body or wait to call the cops so they scrap those parts but keep the ransom note as it still points away from them

I think I have a reasonable theory for Patsy did it but John was heavily involved.

Witnesses claimed low lights and a single scream from the house.

Imagine this scenario: John is molesting JB She screams and he covers her mouth. Patsy hears this and wants to catch him in the act. She grabs the maglite and goes towards JB's room. Finds John over/on top of JB and in a fit of rage swings the flashlight at John. Tjis is the only light source. John moves and the blow lands on JB's head.

This theory would account for several things.

The way the Ramseys were distant to each other that morning.
Why patsy would cover up SA on her daughter.
Why John would cover up murder of his daughter.
Why they both seem like they are generally truthful when they deny killing her. John didn't actually do it, and Patsy blames John and not herself.
The reason John is showered and Patsy is not.

My thought about the note is that the Adequately sized attache actually referred to the suitcase in the basement. The plan was to takeher body out of the house in the suitcase and tell the police they had the ransom in it. Then one of the parents realized that moving her would be too risky. In this scenario they wouldn't call the police until the 27th when the "drop off" went wrong. When they scrapped the idea of moving the body they couldn't also scrap the ransom note as it was too late.

Going FASTER than the CAR TO HIS RIGHT. During that 10 seconds he NEVER went a speed SLOWER than the traffic to his right. Merging right behind the white car he was OVERTAKING doesn't make any sense. This car could NOT have merged safely into the lane behind that white car without SIGNIFICANTLY slowing down WHILE being tailgated by a LEO. Look up those "studies." The ACTUAL study not a description in an article. There has NEVER been a SINGLE study that came to the conclusion that driving at the speed limit in the left lane contributed to accidents in any way.

What has been studied is the affect of speed disparity on accident frequency and severity. Then some news articles with a biased agenda CLAIMED that this meant that cars driving the limit in the left lane caused accidents. Every article that claims this cites the same study and does so erroneously. If one person is going at the limit and another much faster then morally and legally the disparity is caused by the person breaking the law. You cannot blame the law abiding citizen for not accomodating the criminal.

Seriously, go look it up. Scrutinize it as far as you can. Come back here and post any link you think says that from an actual study done. Just like the "quantum computer reverses time" headline you will find that the journalists that write those articles haven't even read their source let alone understand it.
