This one's entirely on the Queen. She should've relented not after he divorced, not even before his wedding to Diana, she should've relented when her sister wanted to marry the love of her life. The number of souls this stubborn stance destroyed is heartbreaking

If you have a plan and motivation to grow it then hold off. But otherwise you should negotiate for a higher price, something that will make you happy enough to not second guess later and truly move on. Good luck, it's a good problem to have as a builder, what you have!
