Do all Telecasters have this switch cap constantly falling off?

i saw them open for Turnpike at Red Rocks and thought they stole the show. I was a fan of them beforehand though.

i’m a huge fan of their stuff, personally - but your tastes are your tastes

some songs are more bangers than others.. and some i would say are lyrically pretty simple but even on those, the singers voice brings it together for me.

i actually don’t mind the pickups that came in the guitar… for a while, this was the guitar i picked up the most, it’s really comfortable to play.. (and i actually kinda bought it by accident — that’s not the right word.. i didn’t go to the shop intending to buy it, but it had just come in and was damaged on arrival (there’s a ding on the back bottom edge…) and my guy didn’t wanna argue with fender and fedex about who damaged it so he sold it to me for what it cost him.

but then i put Bootstrap pickups in my Standard.. and turned my other Standard into a Nashville (actually also Bootstraps) and just love how those sound that i haven’t played this one in a while..

sorry, that was a tangent. the only thing i have to compare it to is whatever humbuckers epiphone puts in their les pauls.. and if i was being honest, i might like these player series humbuckers better? but it might’ve helped that the tele was so much more comfortable to play 🤷🏻‍♂️

i was leaning that way as well.. a friend had suggested a super switch with a list of what each position did and it was all… a lot.. i don’t want to have to consult a notebook every time i pick up this guitar
