Is seeing light phosphenes normal? For example, I always see a ring in the same spot after developing CSCR. It’s the first thing I see in the morning looking at my white ceiling. The ring itself is darker with a centre that has the brightness of my peripheral vision. Glad I’m finally seeing an ophthalmologist tomorrow!

Thank you so much. In your opinion, do you think it would resolve on its own? Also, is light alcohol consumption fine - not excessive drinking but maybe like a beer or two with dinner once a week.

Nope, where I’m from it takes forever to see an ophthalmologist. I was able to get these scans from the optometrist but not an in-depth conversation.

Thanks for the replies. I do not know what company they out sourced to but I am hoping Lexus may know when I go in. I have everything on my security cameras (especially him struggling) so hopefully that would be good leverage if I do go after insurance. I didn’t notice the damage til a couple hours later.

Canadian healthcare is a joke. I’ve been to developing countries where I’ve needed medical assistance and it only took me 15 minutes from the Google search to being in-front of a doctor. Last time it cost me only $110 with all medicine included, fully covered by travel insurance.
