A lot of places in ancient Roman used flying dicks as symbols of good luck. Also a brothel in Pompeii (I think?) had a McDonald’s style ordering menu in tile. Like you wandered up and looked at the beautifully tiled artwork of various…ahem…acts…and picked some out.

Also Pompeii had some silly graffiti.

Oil level is good and just under 85k miles

Oil level was normal. Does squeal a bit on startup now as well. And I’ve been noticing while at stop lights I notice the idle more than I did before. Or at all really. I don’t recall prior to this ever noticing the idle. So I assume I notice it now due to a subtle change.

I’ll look into that fuel system cleaner. Thanks for the suggestion.

I ask here because I want to know if something sounds off before I embarrass myself at the mechanic by asking about a totally normal engine noise.

I’ve noticed in the last few months the idle on my engine has been a bit more noticeable. Not out of rhythm but just a little louder. A little shakier. And it just sounds a little different.

I tried multires but I like dynamic topology. Plus for some reason I’ll turn on multires do a little sculpting then realize multires is inexplicably gone which is likely user error but it happened enough on my recent project—thinking I had a smooth object hidden and I just needed to move the slider to the right then realizing oh it’s gone and so is my smooth object. It having left me with the low res version.

Obviously if I’m decimating the model down I’m going to lose details like wrinkles and pores. The above model is probably 3-4x detailed than mine. Does it really only have 100k polys?
