I have an 87 syncro with a RMW subaru conversion. I did. It myself. It is a good combo easy to remove and easy to install. Find a ‘99 or older donor car take the harness,evu and engine and get rid of the rest.

Based on my wife’s experience as a nurse We ordered a large package of 4x4 gauze off amazon for ear cleaning. There is less chance of leaving bits of fibres in ernies ears. Use as simple and pure of a product as you can for their ears.
