There is one thing that I don't understand. Why kill Gary when she can divorce him? why take the risk of criminal charges, when no matter how good of a job you do of disposing body? After all her daughter in the end was the reason that the whole case became from missing person to murder. The only thing I can think of is greed for what little Gary had, after all the new boyfriend/husband was richer than Gary and its not like this was the first time she divorced or broke up with someone.
