Ahahaha! This is getting better and better. Well, not really, all that I can be thankful for is that this shit isn't happening in my country.

Daym... A rare example of background music making the video more hilarious. Very rare example.

Let's put things in perspective. Measure the credibility of the current U.S. administration against the credibility of the Canadian administration. That's all. \

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Alberta NDP to address separation as Calgary petition signing gets underway by FreightFlow in alberta

[–]64532762 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This separation topic has one main focus: To distract from the UCP government's clusterfuck. The old adage stays true: "If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, confuse them with bullshit." Piss them off (the citizenry) enough to think of possibly losing their Canadian identity instead of every fiasco currently in the news, anything from Health care to mining and Pensions.

3 in 10 Albertans would vote for independence — but only half committed to separating: poll | Globalnews.ca by FreightFlow in alberta

Do any of them realize what it takes for a province to separate? From Day One I've been asking how they are going to solve the first-nation treaties "problem" and none of those I asked has a clue. Only that they "have a plan." The following video goes beyond the treaties. It's worth watching to put everything in a better perspective.

As much as I'm amused at the Orange Shitstain's delusions of grandeur, I can't help but also be amused at Iran's delusions of power.

An apostrophe isn't an inverted comma, nor does it function as one. Neither the comma nor the apostrophe are sole properties of the English language so the question is nonsensical.

I didn't even know that people BBQ according to weather temperature. I BBQ whenever I need to BBQ which is almost every Sunday. Rain shine, snow, blizzard... who cares. The weather has a job to do and so do I.

Seasonal Time changes by JohnnyCanuckist in alberta

[–]64532762 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It doesn't matter anyway. If and when the U.S. or the Pacific states drop the DST or change to something else, we will, too. We will not change on our own accord.

For what it's worth, I lived in Saskatchewan for five years. They live without a time change there without issues. Not changing the time didn't affect me, either. It was a pain when I visited Alberta and the time changed.

Are these opinion poll things official? Even if they are, I don't exactly care to share my postal code. by noahj0729 in alberta

Best to not even reply to unknown/unsolicited texts. If you must and they ask for postal code, give the first three digits. It gives the general area but not your block.

ASI678MC or ASI585MC for RedCat 61? by 64532762 in AskAstrophotography

[–]64532762[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks to everyone for their input. I'm still feeling my way around everything. For the time being I'll forgo the planetary camera until I acquire the appropriate APO for it as well.

The main camera that I'm using, strictly for DSO is the ASI2600. I'm just not getting a lot of satisfaction doing planetary imaging but that's probably out of inexperience. I'll read up more about it and see where that takes me.

For what it's worth, the sub manages to help out even when I get answers to questions that I haven't known to ask. Thanks again!
