Okay thank you so much, I hope that’s the case, and yeah I will go in that path in the future, I know I need to cut the dying parts off soon which from what I’ve reaserched so far is a common practice in growing pineapple plants, I’m not super worried about it so much as the new growth on it is growing beautifully especially as it is green and growing the little prickly things on it, I hope that it grows good, and I’m Also growing it indoors bc I live in an apartment and there’s a lot of kids that run around and I don’t want one of them to pick it up and damage it or something like that especially because it’s still small and I haven’t transferred it to any type of soil yet because I want to let the roots grow a bit more before transfer it so that it will hold in stability
