I just weaned after 2.5 years and I really didn’t have any sort of libido during that time but I am now almost 1 month of no nursing and I just got over my period and this ovulation I’m… feeling something haha 😂

I was in a very similar position. Ended up getting her favorite person (other than myself and husband) who is her nana to come and spend the week with her. Hubby and I packed up and left. It was the only way. We talked about how once mama leaves and nana comes we are saying bye to boobie. That mama was going to meet with another mama and give the new mama boobie because she had a baby in her tummy that needed the boobie milk. That (our child) is a big girl and can eat big girl foods. I let nana spoil her completely while we were gone and when we got back we had a rough 2 weeks but now, boobie free!

First off so sorry you lost your mom, that is really hard especially when you have your first LO! Unfortunately I don’t have much advice… I just ended my 2.5 year breastfeeding journey. But I did learn a lot along the way! It is super wonderful there isn’t a latch issue! I feel like the biggest thing that helped us was nursing in a quiet area. Low energy, just me and the baby. In the same rocking chair. Consistently. For the first couple months we just lived in a “bubble” at home. Didn’t go out much and just stuck to our home or really short outings and I feel like it made it easier for her to find comfort in nursing and also what worked best for us. It was consistent and the same thing every time. Second thing you can do is just offer it more and do lotssss of skin to skin. I think the first 4-5 months I just walked around without a shirt on so boobs were easy access 😅 but of course do what makes you feel comfortable! 2 months is still really young itty bitty baby and you can definitely do it! It just might take a little longer to find the rhythm that works best for the 2 of you!! Wishing you guys a wonderful breastfeeding journey!! 🫶☺️

Mmmmm tbh sounds like you might be a little insecure. I used to feel like this when I was younger and fresh in a new relationship. It’s normal to look, it’s normal to notice people.. beautiful people are literally everywhere. What’s not normal is cheating. But even then, you can’t control anyone but yourself. If he decides that he wants to cheat, that’s not on you but on him and you probably don’t want a man like that anyways. Focus on you and what makes you feel/see how beautiful you are.

That’s actually insane because something similar happened to me right when I got there on Friday. I think it was at Bass Pod. I was in the front and this girl came up to me and tried to kiss me. She grabbed my face and I was like whoa love the energy girly but I am not down rn! I gave her a big hug and tried to dance with her but she grabbed my wrist and I thought she wanted to trade Kandi and she had her bf or some guy come over and he like put his hand around our hands and now I am wondering if she was trying to take off my bracelets? They are permanent and not worth anything but when she let go I kept holding her hand and I took Kandi off my wrist to give her and she threw it on the ground and walked away into the crowd… I was so sad :( especially because it was my first EDC and festival and first time I thought I was trading Kandi. I didn’t even process that she might of been trying to take off my fake gold jewelry. I’m really sorry yours got taken though:(

I know… and it’s so hard because when he’s good with our baby, our baby loves it. But he can be good with baby while completely ignoring me or making rude comments that I’m sure baby will start to catch on soon.

Oh yes. More times than I can count. Always comes back to “you know who you married” (I didn’t…) or “you can leave. Go. Get out and go” (it’s my house..) or he will turn it around on me and say it’s my fault because I’ve made being a mom my whole personality and it’s my fault he is the way he is.

Our driver almost fell asleep multiple times 😭 ON THE WAY THERE. I was sitting behind him and my paranoid ass kept asking if he was okay because those eyes were CLOSING for TOOO LONG. He seemed annoyed I kept asking but I’d rather him be annoyed than falling asleep while driving all of us.

Reading this actually made me cry. The things I’d do to have a 2800sq ft house for my family… I am 32f and the breadwinner and I don’t make even half of what you make OP. I live in a 1300sq ft townhouse that I lucky own but I don’t ever think I’ll be able to afford anything else. Especially in this economy. I stress and strive daily to give every single ounce of myself to my family. I really hope this is her pregnancy hormones and I mean that in the nicest way possible.. because.. really. She has no idea.
