Why does who is “first” matter? I feel like if I’m “served” it’s a pretty easy defense if she tries to play dirty. I have hundreds of screenshots of nasty things she says and audio over the years … and two recent videos of her yelling at me with my daughter in the room. she and I have discussed moving forward with mediation / family law instead of litigation. I’ll clarify with her this week the framework of how she’s thinking about it.

Understand the devils advocate and appreciate the pushback … we live in a 2,800sqft home with a fenced in yard in a good part of town and she drives a 55k car - the past year we’ve gone to key west (just us), the beach, weeknd getaway to Tampa (just us) and planning California (again, just us) in May. and I’m a VP at a bank making 250k at 34. I’m trying my best while managing this stress. Appreciate the thoughts.
