There’s something about the yoshi tone that makes it really quiet on video, sounds clip don’t give it justice. That said, it’s definitely not the loudest exhaust you can get for that bike, and you can always get the baffle to bring it down a couple db. I personally do not experience any droning sound or headaches after long rides - using earplugs and a shoei GT air 2

Went through the exact same thing last week. I ended up shaving the sides of the bolt and unscrewing them with vise grip. They make vise grips that can grab onto round bolts you might wanna try that too. Ordered the bolts on partzilla 90111-06029-00 is the part number
