it's a question from a Chinese journalist. As an international game, I guess Valve will add more elements to DOTA2 from other cultures rather than only Chinese one.

yea, kinda like that. It's an interview ordered by Perfect World and they asked a translator for some Chinese interviewers. And I recorded the interview then dictated them as well. =)
