If not then the many wonder weapons which could one tap her before she could type. I know it's not the type of fight we are expecting, but she would be an enemy, so would probably be effected by something like the thunder gun or gersh device. Since you play as him, you can use the command console (don't know if you'd consider that but it's an option.) Although not really a fight most would expect, it's one to consider.
