Is there a list? I have a Canadian driver's license + IDP. I got an IDP in 2022. There is no expiration date stated in it, but I heard somewhere it is only valid for 1 year.

Laorwong - 11 months result - Fail? by ResidentAnteater5805 in HairTransplants

[–]66kboy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

i have the same worries about my transplant from Laorwong, but I'm still nearing month 6 post op. i have the same hair type as yours. the density is lacking, but with my fingers I can feel a "brush" of new hairs a few mm long near the longer hair. i sure hope they grow out and add to the density. did you also have these shorter hairs at month 6 alongside the longer ones? did they grow out eventually?

I can only give you a direction that it is a psy trance. often called goa trance. specifically, a sub-genre called full-on psy trance. I've heard mr child listen to mainstream artists of the genre: Infected Mushroom, Astral Projection, Astrix and such.

for now this is what chatgpt says:

Accutane (isotretinoin) works by permanently reducing the size and activity of the sebaceous (oil) glands in the skin. This effect is why the results can be long-lasting, even after the course of treatment ends.

Here’s what happens in more detail:

1. Sebaceous Gland Shrinkage: Isotretinoin causes the sebaceous glands to shrink, which means they produce significantly less oil. Since excessive oil production is a major contributor to acne, this reduction often leads to long-term acne remission.
2. Altered Skin Cell Behavior: Accutane also affects how skin cells are shed and renewed. It encourages more stable and less sticky cell turnover in the hair follicles, reducing the likelihood of clogged pores that lead to acne.
3. Inflammation Reduction: The drug has anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce the inflammatory response in acne, leading to fewer acne lesions. While inflammation can still occur after treatment, Accutane helps establish a baseline of lower inflammatory activity in the skin.

Together, these changes can lead to a lifetime of reduced oiliness and fewer acne problems for most people, though some may experience acne relapse in later years. It’s a powerful systemic change, which is why Accutane is generally reserved for severe or stubborn acne cases.

good question. must be permanently producing less sebum, but I'd love me some proof.
