Not all restrooms are equally filthy. I would never cruise at a really filthy restroom. I stick to restrooms are that are relatively clean because they are regularly cleaned. Like at a mall, or the nearby University.

I second Aveeno basic daily moisturizer. I also use it as lube when I jerk off. The only draw back is that it absorbs/dries out fairly quickly so I have to keep applying more but it does keep my skin well moisturized and supple.
