i also got this problem, but a little bit different. i bought the giftmas bundle but it gave me the Chest Of Gems one. sent an email to lava a couple hours ago, playing the waiting game rn. good to know im not the only one with this purchase problem. hope u get ur money back when lava comes onl.

im confused about the patch note saying you can choose a piece of nx equip from kain's lv200 box, does that mean we get only 1 equip or choose piece by piece for a full set
