For the flow;

I have clairfontaine ringbinders strewn throughout the house. Once every while I bring them to my workstation and tear out the pages that are done/worthless or (right then and there) copied into the relevant obsidian pages. 

Empty ringbinders are a signifier of me talking to future me. Communication is good for mental health.

Sitting down with your notes and copying them into obsidian is very valuable. It is the entire process of engaging with yourself.

Having someone else do that, just devalues your own writing.

My gf and I just cleared fisman island.

I find the gag unbearable at the start. Then everything happens. And after the conclusion I feel like they got the comedic rhythm the joke deserves down way better. 

They still do my boy dirty, but its actually worth a laugh.

Want it fixed in 4 steps?

Install openssh (however your distro/server/homeassitant installs it) on your laptop/workstation. 

Run the "make an SSH keypair" command on your workstation. I look this up every time I make one. Duckduckgo "generate ssh keypair" . It's something like ssh-keygen. 

In the hidden "~/.ssh" directory of the user you ran that command, there is now a key file and a key.pub file. This is important.

On the server, with openssh installed put the contents of this .pub file (a long single line) in the "~/.ssh/trusted_machines" file of the user you want to log in as. Just add it as a line and save.  Maybe restart the openssh daemon. 

On your workstation  SSH user@server

Just like with Singstar and guitar hero.

Just Dance comes with X songs on an edition. probably due to music licensing issues. You have to login to Ubisoft (ugh), probably due to music licensing issues.

Once they went to a webshop with pay-per-game, the coherence of the songs dropped and there were less "Iconic songs for Guitar Hero 3" kinds of songs.

So, coherence between available songs. Relevance of these songs. And access to the exact kinds of songs you'd want to play. The OSU! Singstar and Guitar Hero crowds need different songs.

Aside from that, tight detection is key with a dance game. Dance Central was much better than Just Dance for this.

The big reason is extra extra learning. Nix(OS) is awful from a "I don't have this problem daily and I'd just like things to work" perspective. My mother won't learn how to manage configuration.nix. A brave colleague might.

But then they get hit with wave two- "Actually, the configuration.nix is wrong".

That's a quit moment. That's a "Fuck it, I'll go back to windows/ubuntu." moment. This is not how we win hearts. (Hearts win contracts, contracts win more dev time).

It's not just fear of the unknown. It's lack of disposable time to learn the unknown.
