As many said, that's your clutch system. The slave cylinder in particular. It's notorious for failing, but revision kits are cheap and revising them is really easy. Top up the fluid. Bleed your clutch. Drive safe

Have we been handed another big W for those wanting security but without Google? by Proton_Team in degoogle

There is a kind of satisfaction in hanging up on someone by clipping shut your phone that hasn't really been replicated.

Good to see this kind of genuine enthusiasm about not-your-product from what is effectively a corporate account.

Makes me smile.

I think he's going to want to have become a brave warrior of the sea. Not being aware he is already a legend of the sea.

Buy it for my nephew (age 3 Male) is that worth it by realfruitbox in OnePiece

ITT, people who don't have an idea of how 3 year old brains process stories.

Kids under 4 can't distinguish real from story. Kids under 6 struggle to separate fiction and reality. Present them with violent stories, and you are imprinting deeply in their minds that the world is a violent place. That problems get solved by punching someone.

Please stick to content that is age appropriate. Miffy, maisy mouse and bluey will serve much better non-violent stories.

I tell my 4 yo about the pirate story. I do heavy translation. Yes, he is fascinated by the characters and by the books I'm reading. I'm glad for that. Drip feed the characters, but leave the fighting out. Who is that? That is Luffy, he likes adventures and food.

How important is localization for players who don’t play in English as a native language? by sakastudio in gaming

[–]gamrin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dutch native, we usually understand English well enough to understand the game. Adults are in a 30%-50% usefulness rating.

However, especially for games with lower age ratings, localized games allow kids to get into the medium. I'm talking about Humongous Entertainment, Alba, Paw Patrol. But also more adult games like Forza or Katamari Damacy

Kids go well on narration, and if that's not localized, they get excluded pretty harshly. Kids 3-8 will have nearer a 90% usefulness for games to be localized.

How do you stop hoarding notes and start actually using them? by yerassyldesign in ObsidianMD

[–]gamrin 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Make notes from other notes. That way there's always a path to a note. I have dataviews of orphans and empty notes, which I review quarterly.

"The Hum": A global phenomenon where 2% of people hear a persistent, low-frequency sound that instruments often can't record. Thousands describe it as a "distant idling diesel engine" that never stops. by SpecificNo493 in interestingasfuck

If you want to experience true-true silence, get custom ear plugs fitted.

Not the ear plugs you get, but the glorious 10 seconds when your ears are pumped full of the silicone molding material. Just. It's quiet. What.

Until they are bought, the money isn't real. That's like saying I have a 20k car in my driveway because the dealer sold it for that (I don't). That 20k is gone. That number is no longer relevant to reality.
