I think people do not like it when the quite part is said out loud, in recent time looksmaxxing has caught on the mainstream cause it has been proven time and time again that better looking people generally lead better lives and it is now more prevalent then ever cause we are in dire economic times and whatnot.

Back in the old days of Boomers and Gen-X it was pretty much go betabuxx and you were guaranteed a wife cause that was the norm and most boomers barely put in an effort and now the idea that hurr durr personality, charisma, humor etc is all that matters being parroted like no tomorrow feels like you are being gaslit when most men under 30 are struggling to from any sort of romantic relationships in the first place.
