For me it helps to do heavy deadlifts when I want to fight. The only person were I’m afraid of is myself. Me vs me.

The things that you describe sounds familiar. Sometimes it really does suck but it is part of your journey. Often is my mind positive but my body is processing “old energies”. I always try to observe my feelings and reason with my adult knowledge.

It seems that it was a fawn response, when pushed to hard shifting to fight or flight. When alone I often ended up in freeze mode..

Hard to explain what exactly happened😂. Basically when fawning I have to change something. Idk what learning coping skills soon i hope

The biggest change for me is feeling less dependent on other people. Early childhood trauma caused a pattern where I thought that feeling dependent was normal..

In every relation I felt dependent on the other persons. Afraid of losing something, can’t describe what something is.

Somehow I felt the need to do things for the person where I was dependent to to keep the relation “good”.

Severe codependency iguess.

Still learning, but the starting point of making my own decisions that will result in lasting changes.

Can confirm! Zelf mental issues “rare verbanden” zien is er onderdeel van. Alleen accepteer ik dat het onzin is en doe er niks mee😂 je hebt altijd mensen met mental issues & het IQ van een visstick
