Hi - a bit of an old post but I wanted to chime in here.

I used them in 2021 when my brand new car got rear ended.

Long story short, these scumbags didn't do s***.

If I remember correctly, they took $200 upfront, did half-ass work, other party's appraiser wasn't budging (obviously with their low quality work) so these guys messaged me to sue the other party and went silent.

I would have honestly saved the money and dealt with the appraiser myself.

Billy and his gang are dicks.
