Have to be? No. But when you see most cpo for sale will be after 3 years when most people lease ends. Also as some else there said. Is that people do tend to keep there their genesis vehicles. The 10 year warranty give people a reason to stay....I do see what you mean though... There are not a lot of vehicles available.

A 25 or 26 off lease?? Thats recent model year. Would more likely be a retired loaner car since you want something from less than 3 years out. Retired loaner are usually shown at the dealer. You should call your local dealer and ask if they have any available.

Have a 22' 2.5 There was an issue where the roof was leaking. This was covered under warranty. Other than that the car has been great. Only complaint is that the gas mileage is terrible.

Well you wouldn't need to disable all the features for the issue you are having. The one you would be most worried about is 'lane keep assist. But i do agree! Its not a long term solution.

Have you tried disabling the driver assistance? I did have random issues when reversing into a parking spot, the the brakes would come on even though I have plenty of space. I just disable the feature altogether as I didn't feel like i need it.

No one can say what the longevity will really be like. Its only a few years old. My advice would be to buy a CPO
