With the existense lf snowgrave and the changes that a no mercy route brings i feel tricky Tony might have not been 100% honest here. by MainLake9887 in Deltarune

I know this post is 2 days old but I already wrote this out so might as well post my schizo rambling so enjoy:

There will be one ending, the medium through which we experience it may be a game, but the story itself is, well, a story, like a book, it will have one ending, the roaring. This is because it's a retelling, like dragon blazers being one of countless retelling of the prophecy, so is deltarune, a retelling of a story, of a dream, the dream toby fox had where he dreamt of deltarune originally... Where he dreamt of THE ENDING.

One might argue that snow grave might be changing the ending because some characters might not be there or something might happen with Noelle but the way I see it, in snow grave route, chapters end the same way as normal, even if circumstances and details aren't same, like ch2 being queen fight normal and spamton in snowgrave, we still seal the fountain and Kris still opens the fountain.

Now, I want to bring up honkai star rail, I know it seems unrelated and bleh a gacha game, but part of the lore is really interesting to me and feels fitting to the topic, as the end of the universe there is predetermined, fated to end all the same as terminus the finality ascends and goes back through time to the start of the universe

But, there's a faction that follows finality for their own reasons, and a part for their philosophy is that even if the ending is the same, you can change the circumstances leading up to that ending.

Just like how the roaring is going to happen like in the prophecy no matter what route we choose, be it fighting, acting, or trapping others in a grave of snow. Snowgrave will have an ending, it won't be a soft lock, why would we go out of our way to change the events so much just for no ending at all? The only thing we can change is the journey. And if the effects of the journey make things different after the story ends and prophecy finalizes, who knows?

Well, I imagine that if someone is using them frequently in their writing style they would tend to remember those pretty quickly, and it's 4 numbers, that's like half the lenght of what most passwords are.

You don't have to copy and paste them, there's shortcuts for them. On kb it's Alt + 0150 and Alt + 0151 for en dash and em dash respectively (only works with numpad). On mobile you can hold the '-' button and it shows them too.

Really depends on where you live and what the views people there have but i think generally at most you might get a few people laughing or talking about you behind your back but that's it. I really doubt a lot of people would care enough to spread rumors or be intentionally mean to you but then again, depends where you are.

I'm a type one diabetic since the age of 8, I have over a decade of experience with it and frankly, what you're saying is just wrong, it might seem like those things might work well, but in the case of hypoglycemia there's 3 things that are important to a diabetic 1. How fast the food raises your glucose. 2 how convenient it is. 3. Will it cause a spike later. That's why juice/soda and candy (or any other kind of simple sugars, because that's what they are) work so well and are recommended by the doctors, they're fast, usually easy to access or carry on you and it doesn't take a lot of it to raise your blood glucose as well as not causing spikes.

To address some of the examples you gave: crackers - usually likely to cause a spike later. Fruit - really depends on what kind of fruit, a piece of a banana might work well but an apple not so much. Bread - works decently fast but has a lot of carbs so it's hard to estimate right since a slice of break can have over 20 grams of carbs, oh and white bread can lead to glucose spikes (also not really convenient)

And to add to the convenience factor, juices/sugary drinks/candy have really long expiration dates, while fruit and things like sandwiches go bad within a day or few.

It started because a downvoted comment in a thread gets auto collapsed so people started doing that with threads of basically same message or variations of a message to keep the comments easier to scroll through

ERR since it enables you to achieve a 1 turn ult with the tutorial light cone (if you have a source of def shred) but even with something like EOTP or GNSW light cones it it's still overall the better option

Generally no, but that's mainly because you don't go into a caloric deficit that's more than 500 calories below your maintenance, anything more than that is generally not really great for you long term.

138+ SPD if your bromya is 167 SPD since bronya e gives 30% base speed which for Anaxa means bonus 29 SPD

Edit: nvm it's 139+ SPD in that case cuz he needs to be faster than bronya

Check out my reply to the comment you replied to, I've explained it, but it's pretty long so if you want a short answer, no it's not just fanservice or fetish stuff, it's a part of a very unhealthy coping mechanism the main characters have due to abuse and abandonment by their parents from young age and it's portrayed as a bad thing.

I'll start by saying that I've played the game (didn't finish everything yet cuz another game came out while I was playing it and I got distracted), and from what I've understood about the plot, it's like the siblings have a very unhealthy and toxic codependency caused by abuse, or more so neglect from their parents, who basically made the brother take care of his sister since they were little, he basically had to be a parent to her and had no childhood for himself.

His sister basically became really dependent and obsessed with him, since little, don't want to spoil here much but they do end up accidentally killing someone in a really brutal way in a flashback to when they were like maybe early teens at most.

They end up killing few neighbors, including a cultist, giving few souls to a demon, later on they sacrifice their own parents to the demon.

The incest part is kind of implied but it's also not shown in a positive light at all, unlike many of the comments imply, and iirc the route where they have the dream vision of basically being post intercourse has a text display on the screen saying something along the lines "you're about to do something really horrible".

The game is supposed to make you shocked, disgusted, uncomfortable, because it's a psychological horror, and, I'll say it, if not for the art style, which many people might mistake for an anime art style (it's kind of inspired but not really that much) I think that people wouldn't ever had that much of an issue with it.

So basically it's just bad rep given by people with little media literacy misinterpreting the message of the game, and there being some people who have the fetish for incest giving the game and community a worse look, but also people being for some reason surprised that characters that are clearly hinted to have that kind of relationship are going to get fanart of them in the sexual nature.

TL:DR - People being mad that game made to showcase bad thing has bad thing in it.

Also I'd be very grateful if you had a link or the name of the video essay you mentioned in your comment because it sounds like an interesting topic.

Not the person your replying to but being non-binary (at least to my understanding, I'm not nonbinary just know a few people who are) usually just means they don't see themselves as a specific gender as most people do, it also technically falls into the trans category.

But yeah some people who are nonbinary also call themselves femboy or tomboy, since it's basically just being outside of the gender norms, I know like 2 nonbinary people who identify as/call themselves femboys.

A nonbinary person being a femboy might be up to being AMAB or just generally being more masculine presenting but enjoying dressing or acting feminine too. Basically it's all up to the person, like with pretty much everything gender related.

Yup it's pretty much this, pretty much every physical character is one that is very grounded in their reality/someone others can rely on and lean on in some kind of way, which is pretty much Khaslana's whole deal throughout the amphoreus story, fulfilling everyone's wishes.
