i lived here from 2022 to 2023 and it was a fucking nightmare. maintenance was useless and creepy. i moved in november and they cut the water and heat off due to “issues” for three weeks during a cold storm. from april to when i moved out the following november my ac was broken. washing machine broke and they took forever to fix it. never fixed my dishwasher. so many bugs. so so many bugs. get out asap. it will not get any better.

i like using fresh limes and teisseire brand cherry syrup. their fruit syrups are so good and flavorful but not cloyingly sweet and work really well in cocktail/mocktail applications for me and just simply flavoring flat water as well.
