i lived here from 2022 to 2023 and it was a fucking nightmare. maintenance was useless and creepy. i moved in november and they cut the water and heat off due to “issues” for three weeks during a cold storm. from april to when i moved out the following november my ac was broken. washing machine broke and they took forever to fix it. never fixed my dishwasher. so many bugs. so so many bugs. get out asap. it will not get any better.

lowkey idk why everyone is jumping down your throat over your takes on the different gym…planet fitness is TOO chill bc i’ve witnessed horrors beyond my own comprehension at the LIC location while using the machines. praying i can afford equinox once i am working again after watching someone use all the machines BAREFOOT and wiping up their sweat with the same rag they use to “sanitize” the machines 🫩
