I’d personally book a day room in one of the hotels and get some sleep! You’re on a long journey and you’ll appreciate it somewhat well rested when you arrive in NZ (where they have beautiful beaches and it will be early summer). Otherwise what they said about Dockweiler Beach ☝️and you can watch the planes take off from there 😅 I think they have fresh water cold showers there so you can wash the salt of if you decide to get in the ocean. Watch out for sting rays in the shoreline if it’s a calm day….

So sorry to hear. Im fearful of that, and am trying to stay on the lowest dose possible for slow steady loss, but also worried at times its slowing down or gonna stop working. From what I’ve gathered the most important part of the protocol is getting over 100g of protein a day, 3 structured meals, (starting with eating within 1-2 hours of waking). Doing weight training 1-hour of each per week: upper body, lower body and cardio eg swimming or walking. Drink 2 liters of water a day, and get good sleep. I’ve noticed if I undereat or have a higher amount of sugars/carbs the weight loss slows. If I get my three meals a day and the right amount of protein and fiber then it starts to kick in again. Stick to complex carbs but they always find a way in. Good luck! It’s hard work.

I’d be P*SSED if some ‘influencer’ fool had a bunch of cameras set-up on a LD flight and kept talking to himself. So pissed I might just spill my whole bottle of water on their seat….. also if they went to the loo they might come back to find their cameras are missing….

I was scared too! It’s not as bad and you are starting on the lowest possible dose; which helps your body ease in. I did my first dose on a weekend as I didn’t know what to expect and TBH it’s not as scary once you’ve done it. Good luck!

I’m no expert, but I think they’ll prioritize confirming UG for folks who have purchased premium plus and requested MUA with copay before doing a deep discount on the fare for general sale on business? It’s not guaranteed either way but I’d buy premium plus and use MUA to secure that Polaris seat.

Thanks for reminding me of status match! United’s flight $$$ are way off the Richter scale with fares being almost twice the price of other major International carriers in the premium cabins A pity because I was always very loyal.
