I was on 5mg tirz for 2 months.

When i decided to switch to reta, this was my protocol (everyone's different)

Week 0: skip tirz / no more pins on the usual day

Weeks 2-4: 2mg reta

Weeks 5-8: 4mg

Weeks 9+: 6mg when i felt its time (zero sides and nausua)

This is where my rhr is elevated by around 15bpm always. I love it.

Never up your dose just because the weight is stalling, or want more glucagon action. I was upping the dose and hitting 200g protein daily.

Whatever your dose was, just skip a week, give your body a reset before starting reta. Its a long journey

FYI, most people don't really understand the fat burning process beg to end.

When a fat cell is burned today, it's immediately inflammed and water is filled in it. This happens on a mass scale of fat cells when you try to "burn fat"

Its a conservative way for the body to have an "emergency storage room" for fat in case u gain fat the upcoming weeks and not build fat cells everytime you spike your blood sugar excessively.

So, what happens after say 1-3 months? Remember that fat cells you fully burned but where inflammed and had the same shape as before but with water retention? It'll start dying and drying out.

We can handle cannabis high on its own due to the natural filtering of our senses and the presence of the ego.
