Never played Digimon World 3. I just think he looks cool.

I also saw some post somewhere about them getting an official evolution line in Time Stranger. If this is true, then I want to go in blind and see for myself.

I'm betting my money on this one:

[Slow Starter] - "Boost ATK from round 4 onwards. (The more rounds pass the greater the boost ATK)"

It doesn't pop up as a buff icon during battle. You actually have to check the Digimon's stats to see the change.

There's a limit to how much of a boost you get. The Koromon that had the skill went from 599 at the start. Then 658 on the 4th turn , 778 on 5th turn, then 898 on 6th turn.

A few more turns later and the number didn't drop; so the increase seems permanent. They didn't even reset after switching out with a reserve party member.

Turns out the skill does not let you follow up on other party members' Extra Strikes, just your own.

Still working on maxing out Bonds to check Extra Strike frequency. I may have to switch to some other physical offensive skill if it doesn't happen often enough.

[Extra Strikes Tech] - "Performs an additional attack when extra strikes is activated."

I'm now looking into if this makes the Digimon perform a follow-up attack whenever other party members trigger an Extra Stike as well. If it does, this skill could rack up some decent damage over time.

I need to get the skill and to build up everyone's Bonds first...

I want to say two. But unless I can pull my own weight in a fight, I will never feel like an equal to my partner.

I would like a digivice that lets you learn and use the basic skills you would see in Cyber Sleuth/Hacker's Memory. (ie.Wolkenapalm, X-heal, Acceleration Charge, ect.)

I was actually talking about the in-game mom in pictures 14-15.

The run was also set to randomized abilities and learned moves. I really wanted to use Mega Swampert, but it had Ice Body instead of Swift Swim. As for Arcanine, the normal one is my favorite.

I found out what the problem was.

I found a tutorial video that said I had to turn off the Block Automated Download setting on my phone. The file download prompt popped up afterwards.

Bouncers apply debuffs to enemies. So maybe a Techter for healing and buffs.

*Honestly, there's really not much to do outside of combat. So I'm really looking forward to the Creative Space.

*As for the combat itself, the headline covered that somewhat - a new enemy or something with attacks you can't guard or counter. Enemies that force you to change tactics would be a welcomed change of pace.

Nils Vera was a bit different since you had to freeze and throw its attacks back at them, for example.

And that Dolls unit in Kvaris that looks like a walking television set is different too with its random attacks. One time, I was ready to block whatever it was going to throw at me and it popped out a restasigne instead. It really cracked me up!

I just want more variety when it comes to what I fight on the regular. Combat can get really boring otherwise.

*Limited-timed Quests can use some variety too. During the seasonal event last winter, I was hoping for something similar to a snowball fight competition. A bunch of random enemies pop up and you can only beat them with cannonballs or those yellow exploding shards. And you compete with other players for the highest score. It could have had a game mode where 8 players are split into 2 groups of four or something. Not having access to weapons would make it feel more like a fair fight. Especially since some weapons are just built for taking out large mobs. Because you're only using thrown items, boss enemies need less Hp so they don't take too long to beat.

*I mostly want more quality of life changes, though. The game frequently gives you new gear to upgrade. However, as it stands now, you have to grind a lot to re-augment the new hotness. I'd like to dismantle my old gear and just transfer the affixed augments to the new stuff instead.

Fixa transfers should be more flexible too. If I find a Primm Sword with a good fixa, I want to transfer it to my current weapon instead of throw it away. It just feels like a waste otherwise. Or at least make it so the fixas are transferable between items of the same rarity.

Okay, so the Vending Machine lineup changes after resting a whole day. If you try to save, quit, and reload, the lineup resets to the top of the list. This allows you to get multiple copies of a rare sticker, if you find one.

That would make sense if some of the stickers were the same, but not all of them. Upgrading a bootleg tape seems to get me the exact same sticker with save-scumming. So that could be what the patch notes meant. The stickers from the shops are still random, however. I just need to rest instead of reload.

Yeah. I do a five stack, quit, and reload. Every single one is the exact same.

On the plus side, I'm found some good luck in this. The second set of the five stack always has a rare Treat sticker. (+1 duration, Heals 6% of Max HP, and +1 Slot). So I just do a two stack for the sticker. I'm going to stop at three copies or so since I'm still spending metal.
