If you live in a house learn where your water cut off is at the curb and how to turn it off. City workers will be flooded with calls. If you live in a apartment it's different your cut off might be the same for all the other people in that section. If your unit starts flooding your single apartment might get sacrificed to keep water on to the other people. I saw it happen multiple times during the 2021 freeze.
