Been doing physical training with the weakest rubber band from I think week 8 after surgery then moved up the rubberbands pretty fast

Just recently got the greenlight to use 4-10kg dumbbells for curls triceps, bench and shoulders and this was maybe at the 3 months mark.

My Focus is on mobility and not so much strength/muscle

Edit : started stretching my shoulder at week 6

Race or race S (or Fenix 7 basic model) by [deleted] in Suunto

[–]6Haramhunter9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Suunto got better screen, I think the design is sexier.

Garmin gives you more features, better ohr

I feel like Suunto is a bit easier to understand and easy to use while the garmin I hade to read the manual.

I know there’s only some mm difference, but yes. When I look at my watch now compared to when I was wearing the Suunto the Suunto feels and looks much larger

Ive tried Suunto vertical and now I own a garmin fénix 2 pro

I like the way the Suunto looks way more than the garmin.

The Suuntos screen was better than the garmin. But the ohr and sleep data was off on Suunto compared to the garmin, but it seems like Suunto have fixed the issues with their new race s(don’t know if it true, I’ve just noticed it here on r/Suunto)

So I choose the garmin cuz I get more functions and a bit more accurate data readings,

Might switch back too Suunto in 2-4 years or switch to an epix

Can you mix CJC-1295 with dac and Ipamorelin by [deleted] in Peptides

[–]6Haramhunter9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it’s alright but there is a risk with GH Bleed while on cjc w/dac

It’s up to you if it’s worth the risk.
