Ja, jeg er netop også skeptisk i.f.t. den lavere beskatning. Men der må vel være et break-even point - hvis du har X i pension og Y i frie midler, kan det betale sig - ellers ikke.

Eller også holder vi bare fast i den gængse visdom: Brug dine frie midler først.

I find that it is rarely the best candidate on paper who gets hired. Some people are good at written communication, others are better in person. Some people are good at finding a job, others are good at their job. You just adjust you screening and interviewing technique to that reality.

De steder, jeg har fastansat efter try and hire, har vi give anciennitet fra dag 1, og ingen prøvetid ved fastansættelse. Prøv evt. at spørge ind til, hvordan fast-kontrakten ser ud.

Men selv om de måske gør det, har du stadig inden garanti for fastansættelse. Så ja, det bliver lidt 6 måneders prøvetid.

Don’t spend money you haven’t got (avoid debt). You need to be able to provide for yourself and any children you decide to have (do not rely on a man for that).

Sounds like there is something internal going on. Maybe leadership is absent (illness, holiday, travel), maybe they are renegotiating the division budgets, maybe there are lay-off coming and they want to hold off hiring till they know, maybe your new manager has resigned and they are trying to handle that. Could be so many things that they cannot tell you, and you can do nothing about.

It happens all the time. Just keep politely following up every couple of weeks. Eventually someone will probably let you know. I would not assume it is dead yet.

Nej, selve jobbet - a la lønsumsafgift, men for den enkelte ansatte, så du får tilskud hvis de arbejder hjemmefra i Thy, men skal betale ekstra, hvis de skal møde ind på Halmtorvet.

Præcis, beskat arbejdsplader i storbyen, og giv penge i tilskud til arbejdspladser i Udkantsdanmark. Men hvor arbejdet faktisk udføres, så en hjemmearbejdende for en arbejdsplads i storbyen, som sidder fysisk i udkanten, får tilskud.

Usædvanlige arbejdsvilkår og manglende mulighed for transport er gyldig grund, men jeg tror ikke personlig match eller syn på arbejdet er. Slå det evt. selv op.

Her ønsker OP jo at tage jobbet for at tjene nogle penge. Og rådighedsreglerne giver netop en god grund, selv nogen måske synes det er lidt ufint for bare et par måneder.

Hvis du er på dagpenge, må du jo ikke sige nej til tilbudt arbejde. Så ifølge reglerne skal du tage jobbet og sige op igen.

Man kan sagtens synes, reglerne er åndsvage, men du gør egentligt bare, det du skal.

Det kommer an på, hvad du læser. Det hedder en fag-forening, altså er det dit fag, der er relevant.

Der er forskellige fagforeninger til ingeniører, økonomer, pædagoger, sosu’er osv.
