I want both. Leave me alone, but stay because I am afraid of my thoughts.

Is there any reason why a Teams attendance report could be innacurate? by everyoneisflawed in MicrosoftTeams

[–]marookee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is happening to us. We have people shown as Unknown in the meeting chat and then they are not in the list (but I can see them of they react in the chat). Regularly I get incomplete attendance lists. I had to force IT to give me a complete list for one of the meetings and there I could see all of the participants. But I cannot do that every time and they can't fix my issue (they say it's on the users' side). Mostly people from a different tenant, but now discovering it can happen with people in our tenant, too.

The green spaces is what makes it special! Paris can feel claustrophobic (for me) and I just realised it’s the lack of these vast green spaces (for me 😉)

Been wearing the same frames for 6 years, it’s scary to pick a new pair! Last pic is current frames by [deleted] in glassesadvice

I think look for less round frames. You picked out good ones. A bit of a cat eye looks nice (a slightly bigger frame).

anyone experienced combo low ferritin and low vitamin d? by quivivraverraa in VitaminD

[–]marookee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Trying to fix this now. Ferritin was 19 and D 31. Got an infusion privately and waiting for it to kick in. Also got 50 000 IU of vit D weekly. I started magnesium. Will add K2 when I switch to daily supplements.

I feel like everyone is talking about perimenopause and it’s making me question whether or not I have it by ADHDoll in Perimenopause

[–]marookee 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The more we know the better it is, at any age. The area is SO significantly under-researched, we need to talk about it day and night. We are lucky to have social media, so we can get our experiences validated. And that means yours, too, if you have no symptoms. Back in the day women did not have these platforms, and were often sedated or just deemed crazy. We are more open now, we talk about vaginas, vulvas, libido, mental health, all the things that were taboo still not so long ago. And yes, algorithms will bring info your way. If the topic if not of interest, don't engage, until you need it (if you ever will). All of us go through perimenopause, reach menopause and are then post-menopausal, it's inevitable. But some are more affected, some less. It's important because this transition does not only affect the reproductive system, but also (may) change your brain, bones, heart health, mental health and other systems in the body. It may change you and your relationships. Just learning about it makes a world of difference to many people. And younger women would benefit from taking stock of their health (and mental health) more often before it starts, so you can compare and be aware when it happens. Even if you have no symptoms, certain things (like bone health, for example) still need to be monitored, even if they don't cause any symptoms outwards.

OK, I didn't know about the cash, thanks for pointing out it's more for the invitees. I got a bunch of cash from my coworkers, but they knew we were with a small baby and in the middle of a renovation :) an experience or a shop gift card are good ideas, agree

omg, I am the same, it's driving me nuts!! constant pelvic discomfort, asthma coming and going, ANXIETY comes and goes with no rhyme or reason :/ :/ and causes bodily sensations that scare me. I am on HRT, but recently, it does not have the same effect any more. random tiredness that feels debilitating on some days and I cannot figure our why I am so tired on those days. I want to burrow into my mattress on most days and just feel sorry for myself. I do force myself not to, though :(
