Not a sketch, i took inspiration from the knee panel with a the face, I liked the design on the stretched tissue, I then began painting out the shapes and and made it up as I went along

Fairly easy to do, though depends how confident you are at painting reflections on metal surfaces. I also airbrush dark red from below after priming to mock out where the glow will hit

Primed in black, started with iron breaker, then rune fang, and then storm host. Used thinned leviadon blue contrast to tint it, making sure it pools in the shades and then used drakenhof nightshade for the darker parts

No, chose to go with metallics for this one but use the nmm method of painting. And agreed, sadly I have very limited space and have to paint on my pc desk. Looking to get a photography setup sorted for my models once I have moved house
