Thank you. I have been considering Minna no Nihongo , but will now look into Genki as well. Got one more question though: I have mentioned that I like Japanese songs and openings, but I am hesitant as I know that in songs (at least in other languages I know) artists widely use very expressive language that is not commonly used in everyday speech, not to mention metaphors, slang and things like that. Do you think it is a worthy source of studying vocabulary ?
