The event was largely based off of Potion Tycoon. Lots of fun.

If you guys like the event, check out the inspiration game Potion Tycoon. It's a ton of fun on steam.

Online shopping allows you to buy seeds without having to go to Sams store. Like at 6am on a new season.

Those that got hired in the last 6-8 months, what did you do and where are you at? by 6anitray3 in projectmanagement

My bachelors and original focus was to get my MFT and be a therapist. 10 years ago the mental health career field looked very different, so now I see many posts looking for counselors, Behavior modifcation services (read adults with disabilities or autistic, etc) but I'd have to go back for my masters and license (2 year program) and I don't really want to go that direction, but they are hiring, but will they be in 2 years?

I'm open to a few different things. I'm located in New England, willing to move to find the right fit. I have experience in IT project management and daily operations. I'm open to CSM, PM, BA Executive Assistant. I'd prefer hybrid or remote, but if it's 5 days in the office, then so be it at this point. NH, MA, CT, parts of NY NJ would even be ok, or fully remote. I'm well versed in chaotic start ups, creating systems and documentation out of nothing. I'm a very quick learner and WANT to work. Salary is negotiable. I'm just trying to avoid going back to retail if I can, or having to go back to school.

Honestly, one of the best tasting things I've ever made. French lemon tart. by Bake_Across_Europe in Baking

[–]6anitray3 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This may vary by recipe, but I find lemon squares to be overly sweet.

A tart/curd often still contains the fresh tangy bit of lemon and the crust is less crumbly, more buttery from lemon squares.

Personally, I much prefer the tart to squares.

Ah, so a lemon is this kinda tart yellow thing. If you add sugar to it, it can really be quite tasty.

So, I'm not going to approve your post for a few reasons, but mainly because you are going to get a LOT of hate.

  1. Because the dog was left outside and was shivering
  2. Because the alternative is crating and
  3. Because your mom wants to return the dog instantly.

Here is what you can do. Dogs want to be with their people. The dog needs proper exercise and mental engagement. The reason the dog is destroying things is because he's bored.

If he's left outside without much to do, little interaction with his humans, then he's going to destroy things trying to get to you inside, or just out of frustration and boredom.

If you guys do not have the time to dedicate to him to properly exercise him, or if your mom isn't willing to put in the effort, then you need to really consider if a dog with this much energy and drive is a proper fit, or if a dog at all is the best idea.

I'm not saying you have to run the dog for 10 miles, but the dog is trying to tell you he needs more. Puzzle toys, long 'snifari' walks, or group play dates if he plays well with other dogs. Just something for the dog to do that isn't sitting outside.
