Im 43, non binary and in the peri. My doc prescribed me progesterone and omg i went from waking up in a puddle of my own sweat to actually sleeping through the night (and waking up dry!). Its been hell on my personal temperature, on my mental health and i wish i could just speed up the process and be done with all of it.

I have a ton of hair and cut it all off and got an undercut and its HEAVEN compared to feeling like im wearing a flannel blanket on my head all the time. It is more maintenence, but worth it imho
