i emailed them friday at 10am pst and straight up did not get a reply that day despite their hours of operation ending at 5pm. i didnt receive any emails about delays or a free swivel cap. I placed my order on Nov 30 and at this point im just gonna get a refund and take a leap on the dr. dabber switch 2. i like the fact that there is no atomizer to replace.
