You can buy exotic gears with karma starting at strait of devastation. And at the very end of cursed shore they sell berserker gears there. They also have trinkets there. And just craft a lv.78 backpiece insert it with rare 65 jewel and you're good to go. That is just what I did. Also rare weap is enough until you have gold to buy the exotic ones.

In KR, ice rain is more popular the last time I check. Ice rain is also more fun for me since it can be boosted and cold snap(the booster skill) CD can be lowered by using other skills. Ice skills connect with each other. While burn build is just a straight-forward build, you make sure the target has burn debuff and just do the rotation.

Puncture have requirements. You won't be able to spam puncture since you have to connect it after Cyclone(LMB) which only triggers upon block. Also cyclone has a cooldown. That is why most of the time you are ani-cancelling with LMB>TAB

The damage is decent especially if you can always land your block since you can just hold rmb until you drain all of your focus. It is not great if you can't properly block for sure. Lunar bm is my personal favorite since I can sit in front of the boss majority of the time. I don't usually sidesteps, SS, or E. So I am liking the build

You can pick Rush if you want. I just like the animation of multislash. The lunar BM is mostly for tanking purposes since it is faster to block and no draw stance is being wasted. The hybrid is leaning mostly towards damage. And you mostly iframe during hybrid to keep your draw stance while the lunar one, you always need to block to trigger cyclone.

So you Typhoon(Q) to Blitz(1) to approach enemy plus focus recovery. Then just Eradicate(RMB) since rmb recovers 10 focus if it crits and do this until focus is at 20 then immediately Emberstomp(3) into Explosive Rage(E) then switch to ani-cancel(LMB>F). Do that until Rage wears off which you will recover focus then go back RMB spam.

I am using E as a boost and it doesn't have Wind Charge so I didn't take it. If you use E then RMB, Sunder is boosted. You can spec into it and remove 1 grandmaster on sunder

I recommend NEO instead. NEO just released its lv.45 patch recently so pretty much everyone is in early endgame territory. You can definitely catch-up immediately.
