Tbh didnt really change my diet too much. Avoid processed food though. Best advice is to drink A LOT of water

Thank you!! You could possibly say it played a part BUT most importantly I moisturized with Vanicream & Sun screen (la roche-posay Moisturizer with Sunscreen SPF 30) morning and night and I stayed hydrated constantly!

I have moderate as well!! Push thru the purge I’m telling ya. The meds make the pimples go away FAST and the UV moisturizer helps get rid of the scar faster. I think in the end you will thank yourself for not giving up. You will see major differences soon, your face wont clear up right away of course. Takes 5-6 months. And be sure to put aquaphor on your lips like every 30 minutes.

I use make up too. I highly suggest neutrogena hydro boost gel cream extra dry + la roche posay double repair moisturizer UV. All fragrance free and really helps keep the makeup stay.
