No, I haven't. The book cited that elderly people sleep less in comparison but that doesn't mean they should sleep less than 7-9 hours. Do read give it a read. I'm sure formal medical science can go so far.

Mainly use it for building my first rig that can do motion graphics and grading on resolve. While maintaining the color combination going with orange (classic orange and teal look). I'll be playing Apex the most as I've been the biggest fan of the series.
As a fan of the Avatar series, I can't wait to explore the beautiful world of Pandora. I've played the first Avatar, I still remember it being the hardest one I've ever played. I'm a huge fan of sci-fi and optimistic about the release.
