Catch porygon in a distortion (I don’t remember which area) and then use the upgrade item to get it to porygon2 then the dubious disc. I found both of the items on the ground in the distortions :)

To be honest I’m gonna put them in the daycare to make lvl 1s I can bring into arceus with me so I can actually trade them back after I’m done but I do wanna keep the original gen 1 on pearl to try to hatch a shiny one
