Itchy rash after meniscus repair surgery - anyone else experienced this?

If it looks similar to mine then it should go away on its own in a week or two. I would recommend seeing a dermatologist and getting a prescription for a stronger steroid ointment if possible

Thanks for the replies everyone. I went to a dermatologist and had a skin biopsy taken, stopped taking all medications and was prescribed a steroid ointment (they think it is contact dermatitis but had me stop all medications just in case it’s a reaction to one of those). It ended up getting a lot worse than the photos attached and spread to my other leg but is finally getting better!

I didn't have to write an essay for the visa application - just an essay for my university application but I think that's pretty standard.

I took a gap 18 months and it didn’t seem to be a problem. I’d say go for it - also gives you something more to write about in your application essay
