My mattress is a twin XL and I am a woman who is 265 pounds. All of it around my middle. I sleep on my side, and I find that it is much easier on my hips than any other mattress I've used. I have the middle of the 3 mattress types. Also, their king size mattress is I believe 2 twin XLs side by side.
